Problem
Users can be confused by ticket type variaty and what is the difference btw days. Also the meaning of zone and the access to it is not clear.
When choosing the tickets there are lots of different options but the precise value of each is not clear and confusing to whom the ticket may suit.
The view from the area is shown on a photo, so not clear the exact experience.
Users
The main goals of the visitors is to get good seats for a reasonable price. They don’t want to pay premium for features that they aren’t going to use (VIP reception, champagne, extra services). Users have a very hard time assessing the quality of the seat and the corresponding price. Also, they have problems understanding the differences between zones, and which zones best fit their needs.
